Power Washing Lead Technician Responsibilities:

Power Washing Lead Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform excellent power washing alongside your team. You will be a leader, but you will also be power washing -- our goal is for every single customer to be delighted with your work
- Supervise your power washing team to ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction
- Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members
- Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner
- Abide by cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard
- Drive a commercial box truck (no CDL required)
- Monitor work activity to ensure team members remain productive, focused, and following company standards during work hours

Power Washing Lead Technician Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of proven leadership experience
- Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence
- Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible schedule (ie early mornings)

Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour (+ tips)
